SPECIALTY SERVICES

  • Virtual Reality Walkthroughs: Our unique command of computer modeling and rendering allows us to offer virtual reality walkthroughs that have proven to be precise and accurate to what will be built. This allows the client and stakeholders to get a feel for what the design and atmosphere of the building will be well before any commitment has been made to constructing it.
  • Development Proforma Analysis: We lead a team of experts in thoroughly assessing a project’s developmental capabilities in regard to leasable area, market studies, future cash flow, and return on investment.
  • Project Estimating: We employ the use of various tools to estimate project costs such as internal historical data, square foot analysis, unit price take offs, CSI format cost per square foot combined with unit prices, and an online RS means estimating software for up-to-date standard industry costing information. Through these methods, we have consistently been able to provide cost estimates with a less than 1% margin of error.
  • Project Scheduling: Careful monitoring and tracking of project timelines helps to ensure we meet the projected building completion dates. We work closely with general contractors and continually audit our time estimate information so our clients and consultants have an accurate design, permitting, and building schedule to reference.
